Most of our hotels in the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Italy, UAE, Kuwait, Finland and Benelux are part of BusinessClub – click here for the full list.

Why should I join BusinessClub?

Because not only will you get a specially negotiated discounted rate but you'll get some great rewards simply for booking accommodation and meetings with us. Also, the BusinessClub website makes it easy to make a booking, get quotes and check out our hotels' special offers.

How do I join?

Your local IHG hotel will invite you to join or you can click on the “Join Now” button on the BusinessClub homepage and fill out our online form, selecting your preferred local hotel.

Why is it good for my company?

BusinessClub gives you Locally Negotiated Rates at your ‘Home’ hotel on accommodation, exclusive offers on meetings and accommodation through our website.

Plus for those companies that prefer it, you can use your points to get company rewards for things like Christmas raffles, company events or donating to our chosen charity, Unicef.

BusinessClub also makes it quicker and easier to make bookings – TravelPlan is our unique online tool that gives you access to 750,000 flight schedules from more than 750 airlines, plus detailed information on over 500 cities, countries and airports and lots of other useful information.

What happens if I forget my log-in and password?

Go to our www.businessclub.ihg.com and request your password and username – we’ll email you your details.

How do I earn points?

Each time you make a booking, you’re earning points – simply go to BusinessClub website and add it to the ‘Log a booking page. We’ll verify it and your latest balance will be shown.

How do I benefit?

You will be a Silver tier member straightaway, which means you will earn BusinessClub points for every € you spend at our hotels*. You can convert those points into all kinds of great rewards. A new iPod, that must-have pair of shoes, a bunch of flowers, a meal out or a pampering day at a spa – the list is pretty much endless. If you spend €10,000 (£7,500) or more in any one year, you become a Gold tier member. This means you’ll earn points 15% faster which means more rewards for you!

 

*The BusinessClub system works in € but wherever we can in the UK we convert it into £s to make it easier

When will I receive my Membership pack?

We’ll aim to get it to you within 28 days of you registering – if you haven’t received it by then, contact us at members@businessclub.ihg.com

How do I log a booking?

As soon as you’ve made a booking, go to the ‘Log My Activity’ page on the BusinessClub website and take a couple of minutes to fill out the form – make sure you have the reference number handy.

Why do I need to log my booking?

This is how you earn and track your BusinessClub points – also, by using the website we have made BusinessClub a near paper-less programme, so it’s environmentally friendly.

What happens if I want to change the booking value?

If you’ve entered the wrong booking value, you can change it on the ‘Log My Activity’ page. The hotel will then check it and we’ll amend your BusinessClub points tally.

Why haven’t points been credited to my account?

All bookings are confirmed with the relevant hotel and this can take up to 28 days.  If you think it has taken longer please contact the member helpdesk and we’ll look into it for you.

What happens if a hotel rejects a booking that took place?

Simply email our Membership Services help desk and they will act on your behalf to check back with the hotel and then respond to your query.

How can I spend my points?

From speaking to members, we know that you want to have plenty of different ways to enjoy your points. That’s why you can use them to buy anything from a pampering day at a luxury spa through to killer heels, gardening equipment, a hotel break or dinner at your favourite local restaurant. I want to make a reward claim - what do I do next?

Visit the ‘Redeeming your points’ page and follow the simple instructions – the online calculator will tell you how much your points are worth.

When will I receive my vouchers?

Priority Club Rewards and Amazon vouchers can be redeemed straightaway – we’ll send you an e-reference number by email. Time For You vouchers should arrive within 14 days.

Why is it a good idea to become a member of Priority Club®?

We want you to enjoy our hotels, if you redeem your points with Priority Club Rewards you will receive points for free night stays at over 3,500 hotels around the world. Alternatively you can redeem your points in Priority Club for quality wine, shopping vouchers and much more. Joining Priority Club will take 2 minutes and give you all the latest offers – plus if you prefer you can donate your BusinessClub points to our preferred charity, Unicef. What happens if I need to change my profile details?

You can update your details on the BusinessClub website. Also, you can take your points with you to a new job (providing your new employer accepts our Ts & Cs).
