The company The Executive Club International Limited, Registered Office: 520 Fulham Road, London, SW6 5NJ, United Kingdom, Registered in England and Wales No. 1455887 hereby grants BusinessClub™ members a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, royalty free license to use the TravelPlan software by online access through the BusinessClub™ Website. The TravelPlan software provides information on worldwide flight schedules, city, country and airport information.
2. Copyrights. The copyright and database rights to the TravelPlan software belong to TravelPlan, a division of The Executive Club International, Registered in England and Wales No. 1455887. TravelPlan does not warrant that the information contained in the TravelPlan software is complete or accurate, and does not assume and disclaims all liability to any person for any loss or damage caused by any errors or omissions in the data displayed, whether they result from negligence, accident or any other cause.
